We were delighted to host our first olive oil-tasting workshop at the atelier, with thanks to our good friends from Tropicual Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Everyone who attended was treated to an education from the experts. We enjoyed some interesting insights into biodiversity, the process from harvest to shelf, and how best to experience the different tones and aromas in various oils. By popular demand - it will be repeated.
Special thanks also to Apisierra for supplying their delicious artisan chocolates. Keeping in theme, many products included chocolate made with olive oil and in the shape of olives, as well as delicious 70% cacao negro and various bags of treats and gift boxes to tempt avid connoisseurs.
