About Us

Lucas Miles Atelier began with a love for craftsmanship, sustainability, and the timeless philosophy of make do and mend. After moving to La Herradura, Spain, I transformed my passion for upcycling and handmade work into a creative space where traditional skills are celebrated.

It all started with restoring pre-loved vintage lamps, giving them a second life, and grew into crafting bespoke lampshades and thoughtful framing. The atelier has always been about honouring materials, keeping things out of landfill, and showing that the objects we live with can carry stories as well as beauty.

That spirit also sparked the Woolly Mammoth Tufting Club — a playful, hands-on workshop series where people come together to explore the art of tufting in a relaxed, community setting. Whether you’re creating a rug, wall piece, or simply trying something new, the club is about enjoying the process, making with your hands, and having fun together.

At Lucas Miles Atelier, everything is guided by the belief that craftsmanship, sustainability, and joy belong at the heart of daily life.
